layerXP has a history of possessing a perfect understanding of player sentiment, and today is no different with our Sentiment Report on Heroes of History’s Allied Cultures event! Innogames’ beloved mobile city-builder rooted in world history hosts weekly events called Allied Cultures, with each one possessing different features and focuses, causing sentiment towards this game to shift with every new one.
Each Allied Culture event gives players access to a unique playing field inspired by one of the great cultures of the world from Mayan, to Viking, to Egyptian, to Chinese! Through following the event’s storyline, players will build beautiful cities from scratch, explore the surrounding area, and engage with the unique environment in ways they wouldn’t in the game’s regular modes.
This report aims to outline the shifts in player behaviour and sentiment as the 3 parts of the event, focusing on China, Egypt & the Vikings respectively, rolled out one after the other.
