This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a binding legal contract between you (the "User") and Hertzian Ltd, trading as PlayerXP ("PlayerXP"), governing your access to and use of our public reports and proprietary data (collectively, the "Reports").
BY ACCESSING OR USING THE REPORTS, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. This Agreement contains provisions that limit PlayerXP's liability and require you to indemnify PlayerXP. If you do not agree, you are strictly prohibited from using the Reports.
The Reports are compiled from various internal and external sources. PlayerXP provides no express or implied representation regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information.
PlayerXP does not guarantee, warrant, or represent the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of this information. All data is subject to change without notice.
The Reports are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute, and should not be construed as:

To the maximum extent permitted by law:
PLAYERXP PROVIDES THE REPORTS "AS IS." WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE, WARRANTIES OF TITLE, AND WARRANTIES OF NON-INFRINGEMENT. PLAYERXP DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE REPORTS WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, PlayerXP, its affiliates, and agents (collectively, the "PlayerXP Parties") shall have no liability or responsibility whatsoever for any damages—direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary (including, without limitation, lost profits or data)—arising from your use or inability to use the reports, regardless of the cause of action (including negligence or breach of contract).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the PlayerXP Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use or misuse of the Reports.
PlayerXP and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Reports. You may use the Reports only for personal, non-commercial use. Any reproduction, redistribution, sale, or modification requires PlayerXP's prior written consent.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Jurisdiction of Hertzian Ltd, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and PlayerXP concerning the Reports.
