nlock Global Insights with PlayerXP’s New Translation Engine!Hey Game Developers and Community Managers! We’re thrilled to announce the Beta Release of PlayerXP’s in-house Translation Engine, a game-changing tool designed to elevate your understanding of global player sentiment. After months of meticulous preparation, we’re excited to take you on this journey where language barriers crumble, allowing your community feedback to flow seamlessly.
In today’s interconnected world, understanding your players’ feedback across different languages is crucial. PlayerXP’s Translation Engine is tailored specifically for the gaming industry, trained with the unique terminology and slang that resonate with your audience. Imagine being able to analyse player interactions from platforms like Twitter, Facebook, Steam, Reddit, Google Play, and more—all in one consolidated dashboard!
Our innovative tool streamlines the way you comprehend feedback from your global player base. Here’s how it works:
1. Multi-Language Support: We gather interactions in various languages and translate them into clear, actionable insights.
2. Sentiment Analysis: Once the feedback is translated, we go further by performing sentiment analysis. This helps you identify not just the common concerns, but also recognize the constructive feedback that can fuel your game’s improvement.
3. User-Friendly Dashboard: Every player interaction is displayed on our intuitive dashboard, complete with automatic translations and sentiment insights. This means you can easily plan your next steps without the hassle of manual translation!
4. Real-Time Monitoring: With our ‘Sources’ table in the Dynamic Report, you can monitor how communities across different languages are reacting in real-time. This offers a comprehensive view of the sentiment landscape, ensuring you never miss critical feedback.
Choose a specific language from our dashboard, and you’ll instantly access a wealth of data. You’ll find overall sentiment ratings, the volume of interactions, and key areas that might need your attention. Is there a feature players love in one region but not in another? Our insights help paint a clearer picture, so you can enhance your game based on direct feedback from your players.
A World of Languages at Your Fingertips

This past August, Europe’s biggest Games Showcase, Gamescom, opened its show floor and held its Opening Night Live (ONL) for the world to see! These sorts of events happen all the time, but it’s never easy to tell how exactly everyone feels about them. Sure, you can look in the comments on YouTube or browse Reddit, but there’s no real way to get an objective, comprehensive view of how people feel about Gamescom.
