e’re thrilled to announce the arrival of our first-ever webinar at Player XP! Following an inspiring experience at the Game Quality Forum in Amsterdam last year, where our CTO and Co-Founder, Andrew Husband, along with our Head of Community Development, had the chance to showcase Player XP’s capabilities, we've been on a mission to bring you the latest insights from the gaming industry.
As we dive deeper into 2023, we’ve gathered a treasure trove of juicy data from various industry favorites that we’re eager to share with you. Our upcoming webinar will focus on essential strategies surrounding the timing of DLCs and updates post-launch. We’ll also tackle the pressing question of what to do when things don’t go as planned—a scenario every developer dreads but needs to prepare for. All of this is fueled by valuable player sentiment feedback, gathered from message boards, user reviews, and social media data.
Expect intriguing discussions on the most talked-about games from the past year. One of the highlights will be the debate surrounding studio apologies: should you apologize when something goes wrong? What elements contribute to a genuine and effective apology? We’ll also explore the crucial role community trust can play in uplifting a game after a rough launch.

Competing alongside impressive nominees like Earzz, the Kiki Family App, Oura Ring, and the Westminster City Council's "Report It!" team, our excitement was palpable as we showcased what Hertzian has to offer.

This past August, Europe’s biggest Games Showcase, Gamescom, opened its show floor and held its Opening Night Live (ONL) for the world to see! These sorts of events happen all the time, but it’s never easy to tell how exactly everyone feels about them. Sure, you can look in the comments on YouTube or browse Reddit, but there’s no real way to get an objective, comprehensive view of how people feel about Gamescom.
